The cost book now mirrors the current RSC outline all the way down, giving every standard, pricing note, field sequence, and QA checklist a permanent home.
Divisions
Section titled “Divisions” 1000 - 1999 General Conditions Office systems, sales, design, project management, staffing, trucks, tools, and company overhead.
2000 - 2999 Existing Conditions Demolition, utilities, code cleanup, health and safety risks, and existing-site constraints.
3000 - 3999 Site Work Clearing, trenching, access, excavation, retaining work, landscaping, and exterior groundwork.
4000 - 4999 Foundations Footings, frost walls, slabs, piers, ICFs, waterproofing, and below-grade prep.
